Absolutely! There are packages for 3x/week, 4x/week, and ongoing rates available! Feel free to reach out and we can make something work!
What if I have a current or past injury that limits what I can do, can I still do personal or group training?
Yes! Every exercise can be modified in order to get the most out of your workout, without any further risk of injury.
What if I have no training experience, can I still join a group class?
Please do! Group classes are all scaled and modified to fit individual experience and abilities. Everyone is welcome!
What if I have a vacation booked during my nutrition consulting? Should I wait to begin consulting until I am back?
Starting before your vacation can often be beneficial. You can learn how to make healthier choices while you are away and gain a better understanding of how to eat when you do not have access to home cooked meals.
